Interactive Mointoring Software

As part of the programme set up you will be trained on how to use the software.  As you will see from the following topic in the case study this software does not have to just be for the senior management teams but for everyone.

Think about how you could use it, here’s some ideas:

•  Set up a large screen in a high traffic area of your school/business and display the software reports on it
• Assign energy monitors – staff or pupils to check it daily and record results on display board – maybe through the use of giant thermometer or similar
•  Use the software in classes or assembly, as part of regular staff and governor meetings
